BOV-09 Valves will give that pressurized air (or shock-wave) somewhere to go. You will also see a reduction in turbo lag as you are runnin' up through the gears--meaning more power. Your turbocharged vehicle will feel "crisper" and the life of the turbo bearings will be extended due to the elimination of the durability-punishing shockwave.
