A dump valve doesnt improve acceleration, it is only there to help the turbo, by reducing the pressure....
It might help the turbo last a bit longer

 The dump valve is electronically controlled to allow it to work correctly just like on a petrol, only they are usually louder as Turbo diesels typically run higher boost pressures.

This kit is universal for all Intercooled turbo diesel cars. Please be warned you can not use other standard dump valves or blow off valves on turbo diesel cars because turbo diesels do not use vacuum like petrol turbo charged cars you need a kit with vac solenoid and wiring loom which connects to the throttle sensor.
